Practice makes perfect....

I cut a couple of boxwoods down in the front of the house about a year ago....Wife wanted them gone and they were in the way of scaffolding I needed to put up to pressurewash the house...To my suprise they both came back....So I figured might as well dig one up and see if it will live....I see adds on CL all the time to dig up shrubs for free.....Here are some pics....

I may have found a new hobby....

And it's much cheaper than restoring coke machines or kart racing....Bought the pot for $1.00 at a yard sale and the tree at Lowes for $6.00...Not bad for a first try at Bonsai....Now if it will just live....I'm gonna do some more training it lives for a month or so.  I trimmed very little off to get this look, but I picked thru every shrub Lowes had.
